Terms of engagement

How a run works — and what protects you.

Secure intake. Files come in through a single encrypted upload link — never email. We work only from a copy; your originals are never altered, and each artifact is hashed on arrival so the chain of custody starts at second zero.

Delivery SLA, with teeth. Starter, Founder, and Binder packets are delivered within 72 hours of complete intake and cleared payment. Emergency Weekend Desk: within 24 hours. Miss the window and you get a full refund and keep the packet — the deadline is our risk, not yours.

Refunds. Full refund, no questions, any time before work begins. After delivery, refunds cover exactly two things: an SLA miss, or a demonstrable defect in the sealed packet (a checksum that fails to verify, a missing named artifact). The deliverable is a finished, hashed artifact, so we don't refund a correctly-produced packet you simply changed your mind about — but a defective one we re-issue or refund in full.

Retention & deletion. We keep your files and the sealed packet for 30 days after delivery so we can re-issue if you lose it, then permanently delete every copy. Request immediate deletion at any point and we do it same-day and confirm in writing. We never train models on your material, share it, or reuse it for anything.

Ownership & confidentiality. You own all of it — inputs and outputs. Every engagement is confidential by default; we'll sign your NDA before intake on request.

Scope — read this. ProofDesk organizes, hashes, timestamps, and seals evidence so it is legible to the people who decide. It is not legal advice, does not draft patent claims or specifications, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, patent practitioner, or expert. It makes your proof reviewable by them.

See it first. A fully redacted example packet is available on request before you pay a cent.
