Use the system with care.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using an AIIT-THRESHOLD service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Children under 13 may not use the service.

2. AI service and limitations

Buddy and JimK.ai generate probabilistic responses and can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate. Outputs are not professional medical, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency advice. Verify important information independently.

Do not use the service for an emergency or when delay could cause harm. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional instead. AIIT-THRESHOLD may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any feature to protect users, infrastructure, or service reliability.

3. Mobile privacy

We do not sell your mobile information or SMS consent. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational providers may process limited information only to route, deliver, secure, and support messages you request. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate harm.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or deceive another person.
• Submit material you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise access controls or service security.
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, malware, or automated abuse.
• Misrepresent AI output as verified fact or professional advice where doing so could cause harm.

5. Your content and conversation records

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You grant AIIT-THRESHOLD the limited permission needed to receive, process, store, and respond to that content; operate and secure the service; preserve requested continuity; investigate misuse; and evaluate model behavior.

Conversations are not tokenized into model training weights. Visible threads, evaluation records, and model-kept retrieval memories are governed by our Data Policy, including its limits on deletion and reversal.

6. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity through your account or device and for protecting your credentials. Notify us if you believe access has been compromised. We may restrict or end access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.

7. Ownership

The service, site design, software, branding, and original materials are owned by AIIT-THRESHOLD LLC or their respective licensors unless a specific open-source license or other notice says otherwise. These terms do not override rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIIT-THRESHOLD LLC and its members, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm arising from reliance on AI output. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
